Having a public relation and medical background, owning a restaurant was not in the plans. Life experiences and living in southern part of Louisiana, inspired the atmosphere of the restaurant and culinary skills that Monique has acquired.

If you are looking for something unique and exquisite, Chef Mike is your guy. Having 15 plus years in culinary, he still manages to create beautiful dishes with creative presentations.
